The new calendaring module integrates with Govenda’s polling, scheduling, notification, and meeting management tools. Using the calendar tool, administrators can propose multiple times and poll board members before scheduling a meeting. Once meetings are scheduled, an automated notification and RSVP process ensures board members are informed, and board members can download meetings to their Outlook or Google calendars. Board members can access the calendar on the Web through the Govenda secure web app. The same functionality will be available on the Govenda iPad app by the end of April.
